Dear Esteemed Colleagues,
We are pleased to welcome you to the 13th National Haemostasis Update 2024 (NHU 2024) meeting held in collaboration with the Association for Haemophilia and Allied Disorders – Asia Pacific (AHAD- AP) and hosted by the Department of Clinical Haematology, St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bengaluru. NHU of IAHAD will take place on the 6th of September followed by the 4th Annual Scientific Meeting of AHAD-AP on 7th and 8th September 2024. These two separate scientific meetings are being held sequentially with complementary programs. All participants are therefore invited to attend both meetings.
NHU is the annual scientific meeting established for healthcare professionals involved in the promotion of care of people with haemophilia and allied inherited bleeding disorders in India. With major advances happening in this field across the world and many more therapeutic options being developed, we wish to provide a scientific update to multidisciplinary healthcare professionals working towards providing comprehensive care to people with these disorders. The scientific program has been designed to not only include the diagnostic and clinical haemostasis aspects but also cover the multidisciplinary approach to the management of these conditions, including musculoskeletal and nursing care.
We look forward to welcoming you to you participation in the two back-to-back meetings with anticipation. We believe that this conference will be an excellent opportunity to renew old acquaintances, forge new partnerships, and explore novel approaches to care of people with these disorders.
We very much hope that you will join us at NHU 2024 and be a part of this learning experience.
